We are thrilled to be a partner of PACE, an organization dedicated to promoting the importance of good character through partnerships with schools, businesses, public agencies, residents, faith-based organizations, and community service groups.
What is PACE?
Our students of character deserve recognition and encouragement, and that is precisely why DaBell & Paventy is a proud partner of PACE. Their mission is simple: To inspire and support exceptional character through education, community partnerships, and recognition.
Every month, PACE highlights a specific character trait – such as “honesty” or “integrity”. They then partner with schools, local resources, and businesses (like us!) to foster growth in this specific area. Whether it is through encouraging conversation at home about the character trait, implementing projects or activities in school tied to the trait, or simply highlighting this throughout media sources.
The PACE Awards
Every year, PACE celebrates students from the 54 schools across Spokane that have exemplified these character traits – and DaBell & Paventy gets to be a partner by sponsoring the yard signs! This year, the PACE Awards will honor elementary and secondary students:
Elementary PACE Awards
- Wednesday, May 24th, 2023 – elementary students will be honored with a dessert banquet
Secondary PACE Awards
- Thursday, May 25th, 2023 – secondary students will be honored with a plated dinner
*All students will be provided with very popular yard signs for their families announcing, “A Student of Character Lives Here!”. There will also be a presentation of a PACE Award, “swag bag”, certificate, and special printed awards program.
