Dr. Joseph Paventy attended Brigham Young University, Idaho, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Subsequently, he pursued his dental training at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, graduating with honors and a Doctorate of Dental Medicine. After completing dental school, the University of Oklahoma accepted him for specialty training in orthodontics, where he obtained his Master’s degree and Certificate in Orthodontics.
Research and continuing education are crucial components of Dr. Paventy’s practice, enabling him to provide the best possible care for his patients. Consequently, he has received many prestigious awards throughout his academic journey.
Dr. Joe and his wife, Jeana, love Spokane and the surrounding communities. Having grown up here, they are delighted to have returned home to raise a family and practice orthodontics. Moreover, they currently have four wonderful children. As a family, they strive to be active in the community.
Furthermore, Dr. Paventy has coached little league baseball teams, participated in local Boy Scouts of America troops, raised money for the Susan B. Komen “Race for the Cure”, and remained active in their church. Additionally, during his free time, he enjoys reading, various forms of exercise, watching college football, and cheering on the Seattle Mariners.
