We are excited to tell you about our patient reward program! This program is designed to motivate and reward all of our patients. During each treatment visit, you can earn points which can be saved up and traded in for prizes! Scroll down to learn how!
Reward Points are awarded at your regular appointments. Emergencies do not apply. Your Reward Points card is your responsibility. If it is lost, it is gone. Your card must be present at your appointment in order to earn and redeem points. Points are given only to patients in active treatment. Read below to see what earns you points!
